Mark Your Calendars for FRIDAY DECEMBER 21- Space is limited! This month's Twin Cities Death Cafe will be a special Winter Solstice episode. In the dark of our Minnesota Winter, we will harness the reflective qualities of a very evocative day! Come along and join others who are interested in chatting freely about death. If it's the first time for you, we make everyone welcome--- and there's always tea and cake. At the close of the night, we will light candles to symbolize the inner light each of us can hold through Winter as well as the Spirit of those who have transitioned. We will also be having a short meditation on Death. Given that this is a special episode of the Death Cafe, please know that our usual free form Death Cafe's will resume after the new year.
BRRRRRRR…… Can you feel it!? Yup, winter is actually on its way and thankfully, so is my mom's annual trunk show! Don't let the cold get the best of you, swing by and grab a super toasty hat or hold the cold back with an always-stylish beanie cap! Are you all set for yourself, consider giving stylish warmth as a gift this holiday season! Besides hats, other handcrafted items by Louise will include: scarves, afghans, leg warmers, shawls, wash clothes and more... Cheers!
It's been far too long since we had a good old fashioned klatch! That all changes this weekend as the Coffee Klatch returns to the Rogue Buddha Gallery this Sunday afternoon. What is a coffee klatch you wonder… good question. It's an informal gathering to share coffee and conversation. Originally in German, it meant coffee and gossip… So come join us this Sunday from 12 – 3pm as we share coffee and conversation. Feel free to bring a snack to share and your favorite mug or use one of ours. The coffee is on us! Looking forward to Klatching with you Sunday!
