The jurors will begin looking through submissions this week and all artists will be notified as soon as possibile as to their status with regards to being accepted into this years group show.
Submission deadline - September 15th (EXTENDED UNTIL OCTOBER 5TH!)
Notification of acceptance by email - September 25th (Will now be by October 10th)
Shipped work to arrive no later than - October 21st
Hand delivered art received on - October 21st (between 4-6pm)
All Hallows Eve Preview Soiree & Costume Ball in the PNA Hall (tickets req.) - Thursday, October 31st
All Saints Day Opening Night (open to the public - free) - Friday, November 1st
All Souls Day Programming Including Special Death Cafe (open to the public - free) - Saturday, November 2nd
Normal Gallery Hours: Wed - Sat 3 - 8pm or by appointment
Exhibition closing date - November 30th
Payments on sold art made by - December 31st
Unsold art shipped by - December 31st
Unsold hand delivered art pickup on - December 20th (between 4-6pm)
