TWIN CITIES DEATH CAFE

Sunday, April 28th 6-8pm

Ever think about what happens when you die? Ever wonder about mortality? How do you want to be buried? Or remembered?

Come join us for organic conversation about death, dying, life, and living. This is not a presentation, nor is this directed in any way. We usually break up into small groups and dive deep into the questions and ideas that arise surrounding end of life.

We strive to create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and safe for open dialogue and sharing, although there is no pressure to share. This event is hosted by the always amazing Christin Ament.

Charity Art Sale

FOR JOHN LARGAESPADA TRANSPLANT SURGERY

Friday, May 3rd 7-11pm &
Saturday, May 4th 12-4pm

Hello, This is John Largaespada. I haven't shown my art in quite a while. 7 months ago I accepted that I am an alcoholic. I have been sober since then.

Unfortunately no one can completely out run their past. 4 months ago, I found out I have liver cancer and will need a liver transplant. While I do have medical insurance, out of pocket cost and lost work time will be difficult to deal with.

This art show is one fundraising avenue that I am having to help me with the financial burden of my medical journey. There will be some new work, and plenty of old work for sale at very fair prices. We will have fun reminiscing old times and celebrate new art that I have created.

**This event will run 2 days Friday May 3rd 7-11pm and Saturday May 4th 12-4pm.
