Death Cafe

PLEASE NOTE:  The January Death Cafe will be on a Saturday and not Sunday. We will also have special hours.

Saturday, January 25th 7-9pm

For regular updates, please follow our FB page  HERE

The Death cafe is excited to feature a special event this month: a father daughter conversation between professional musician, Sam Levine, and Sybil Levine.

The Levine's are a family of musicians and artists. Both Sam and Sybil have played for funerals and bore witness to loved ones on their deathbed. Together, they will discuss the rich topic of music and end of life while sharing with others the vulnerable and valuable dynamic of a parent-child relationship. A small performance will conclude the conversation! Please be aware this event will be audio recorded for the pair's inaugural podcast, "A Note from Me to You: A father-daughter conversation on music."

Attendees are asked to consider: What music might you like to hear at the end of your life? What music might you like to have played at your memorial?

*** note the day AND time change from Sunday to Saturday

We encourage you to follow us on FB at the link above for the most current and up to date event details.
